His talents are far reaching, not just as a pro level bass player, but also as a superb vocalist, guitarist and composer. Not only did Mr. Blake, eyes wide open, take in all types of music, developing into his own distinctive style of performance, he backed his passion up by earning his Bachelors degree in Music Performance. Some of Skylers other projects include: Flux Capacitor, as well as an impressive catalog of solo material, which will be featured with Sour Owl in live performances and upcoming releases. Steve Munger " I love playing music. It's been over thirty years and I can honestly say it is only getting better. I mostly use the Tenor saxophone as my voice when performing and my roots are firmly planted in jazz. But, as you peruse the site and listen to some music, you will soon see that I call many styles home and always try to let the music be my guide. I am truly honored to be able to play with some of the best musicians in the Northwest and I hope you follow the links to their sites and see what they are up to as well." textme
